OurWorlds is an Indigenous-founded, Indigenous-led education company developing immersive humanities curriculum and technology to advance K-12 education in history, culture, and the arts.
OurWorlds works in collaboration with educators, Indigenous knowledge keepers, artists, and scholars to develop rigorous, standards-aligned learning materials connecting literacy with primary sources, cultural perspectives, and experiential learning, while developing patented immersive technologies that allow Indigenous communities to preserve and share their histories in their own voices.

How We Show Up
Tools for Cultural Preservation
Without modern tools, community stories can fade. Our platform gives leaders, artists, knowledge holders, and historians a way to preserve and share their stories through interactive, mobile first XR media. These tools help communities safeguard what matters most while reaching new audiences.
Geolocated XR Experiences
Many people never get access to important cultural sites or local histories. We make these places easier to explore through GPS based XR experiences. Whether you are standing at a historic location or engaging from across the country, the OurWorlds app brings you into an immersive landscape with no expensive hardware required.
Educational Curriculum
Most educational resources stop at basic lesson plans. Ours do not. We create full, standards aligned, curriculum sets that blend culture, STEM, history, geography, language, and storytelling. These sets support learners from early grades through adulthood and give teachers tools that actually spark curiosity.

Recognized through national education and technology awards, OurWorlds has collaborated with partners including UC San Diego and The Ohio State University, and developed curriculum for the University of San Diego’s Master of Humanitarian Action program on Canvas, contributing to its recognition with Instructure’s 2025 Outstanding Curriculum Prize.
